I’m trying to get a tour/possibly book the rose garden in Delaware park for my wedding and I have no clue where to start looking for the person to set this up or how to go about it! Any ideas anyone? I appreciate any help!

My friend just got married. Her husband gave her 2 dozen red roses the night before the wedding. They left the next day for a 2 week honeymoon, so she gave me her flowers. I would like to make something for her/them from the petals. Any ideas?
