I was in Monaco back in 1987 ans saw the most blackest rose ever. The breed was called Hallelujah. It was blacker than either Rosa ‘Black Magic’ and Rosa ‘Ruby Celebration or the American breed Black Baccara. That one is the closest I have found, but it has too much maroon.
